Located in the city of Águeda, in the central region of Portugal, Ferreira & Companhia, Lda is a family business, founded in 1979, which has always guided its strategy according to fundamental vectors such as excellence and quality.

The company currently operates in the following business areas:

- Production of projects in private label and development of furniture, under the insignia Ferreira e Companhia
- Development and production of office furniture, under the Fercia brand
- Design and online sales of interior decoration elements, with the Just4Home brand
